Three Ways to Make Foo Sau Part of Your Day
Each programme can be taken independently or combined. There is no requirement to start with the largest option — many residents begin with one circle or studio session and find their own level from there.

Every programme at Foo Sau is designed around the same principle: it should be worth attending for its own sake, not because there is nothing better to do. The social groups are kept small enough to form real company. The studio is run by someone who knows the traditions they are teaching. The residence plan is arranged so that daily life runs smoothly without residents needing to manage its details themselves.
The three programmes work independently but also complement each other naturally. A resident on the full Residence Plan has open access to everything. Someone joining just Companion Circles or the Cultural Studio attends on a separate monthly basis and is welcomed into the same spaces and routines.

The programme is led by a Cultural Lead with formal training in Cantonese artistic traditions, not a general activities facilitator.
